Why Should I get an Inspection?

Inspections identify defects within specific accessible areas of a home. Know if there are issues before the sale goes through or if issues have arose that you are not aware of after the purchase of your property. If an inspection is not done you might pay thousands of dollars to fix them later. A home inspection is a non-invasive visual examination of the accessible areas of a property.

Property inspections are limited visual inspections that can identify defects or safety issues. Identifying these items before the property purchase can help with establishing a cost of repair or a future budget for repair.

6 Reasons to get an Inspection

1. Catch Potential Problems Early

Having your property inspected by our licensed professional inspector can help you detect simple issues before they become costly repairs that can put a major dent in your pocket book. A simple issue, like a leaky faucet, can lead to a full on flood if not repaired.

2. Get an Honest Evaluation of Your Property

Our Inspector will provide an unbiased and impartial evaluation of your property. We cannot sell you any equipment, tools or repair services.

3. Let a Professional Look Everywhere You Don't Want To

Our inspector will look in all the places you don't want to like a dark crawl space, the attic and even the roof. Problems can creep up in these places just as easily as the other places of your property.

4. Perform a Radon Detection Test

Radon is a natural, odorless, colorless gas that enters homes through foundation cracks and can cause serious respiratory problems. There's no way to know you have radon without performing a test. We include this service with all our full inspection services.

5. Thwart Potential Mold Growth

Mold can be harmful if left un treated.  Finding leaks will prevent mold from becoming a problem and save you money in mold  remediation costs

6. Check Electrical Systems

Electricity is a very convenient. It powers our many devices we use today, from heat to appliances to our tv, the modern day conveniences are endless.  When everything works we often don't even think about it.  That's why it is important  to have GFCI ( Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) tested to reduce the risk of shock or electrocution.

He was right on time and worked with my realtor to do a through inspection! Helped find some pretty big things that needed to be replaced before moving into our home.
