Residential Inspection

Pre-Purchase Inspections are a great tool to utilize in buying a home. Using a professional like J2B Inspections LLC,  helps you by putting together a report making it easy to understand the difference between home defects and home maintenance. Inspections are a limited visual aid done by a person that knows what to look for. Things that will be inspected include; Roofing, Siding, Exterior, Windows, Attic, Fixtures, Electrical, Foundation and appliances in the house (ex: Furnace, Water Heater, Refrigerator, Stove, Dishwasher)

Light Commercial Inspection

If you are looking to purchase or rent a space the inspectors of J2B Inspections will make you aware of any building defects or any major repairs that need to be done.

Radon Testing

About 1 out of 10 homes in Wisconsin has high radon levels

Radon is a naturally occurring gas that is radioactive and cause lung cancer. Radon can leak into your home and is common in Wisconsin. While you can't see or smell it, you can protect yourself from it. Testing for Radon is common when buying or selling a home, but you should take action now by testing your home.

Radon can cause lung cancer

Radon can lead to lung cancer after many years of breathing it. Radon is the leading cause of lung cancer among non-smokers and the second leading cause of lung cancer overall. The most important thing you can do is to test your home and find out if your home has high levels of radon.

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. Surgeon General strongly recommends all homes be tested for radon. Homes with radon levels of four picocuries per Liter (4 pCi/L) or higher should be fixed.

He was right on time and worked with my realtor to do a through inspection! Helped find some pretty big things that needed to be replaced before moving into our home.
